This delicate spreading vase is the author's reconstruction of part of a large sampler embroidered by 19-year-old Barbara Baner in 1812 Pennsylvania, USA.
The coloristic highlight of this design is the amazing sky blue color used by Barbara, which makes the whole piece very expressive.
The size of the design is 133 x 85 stitches.
The design is embroidered on Zweigart Newcastle 40 ct., Raw Linen (3348\53) , (1 over 2)
Floss - DMC 7 colors
Stitches - only full cross stitches
