Delivery & Returns

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase, and we’re always on your side if something goes wrong during transit. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns by providing detailed instructions and the return shipping address. Please note: Digital patterns, opened kits, and printed charts are not eligible for return due to copyright protection. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us — we’ll be glad to discuss a replacement or refund and make things right.
