Many of our items are limited edition or handmade, which may result in natural variances between batches.
Some products may include small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise noted.
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, PayPal, and other available methods at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
Please note:
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@orabeille.com before sending your item back.
Digital products (such as downloadable cross-stitch patterns) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you purchase a subscription product (such as a monthly kit), you authorize Abeille Inc. to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Unless otherwise credited, all original content on this website — including OrAbeille branding, product photography, packaging designs, and website graphics — is the intellectual property of Abeille Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Product designs, patterns, and images provided by third-party brands and designers remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. We use such materials with permission, licensing agreements, or in accordance with fair commercial use.
