A curated set designed especially for the 2024 Bestiary SAL project. Featuring a medieval-inspired organizer, needle magnet, and a striking palette of variegated floss.

Set includes:

• Floss Organizer (147 × 150 mm / approx. 5.8 × 5.9")

 – 8 large holes (Ø 15 mm) for full skeins

 – 8 shaped slots for pre-cut working strands

 – Printed with an illustration from the 12th-century Ashmole Bestiary

 – Sealed and hand-sanded – won’t fade or rub off

 – Engraved numbering on the back

• Magnetic Needle Minder (Ø 30 mm)

 – Strong neodymium magnets: 7 × 7 mm + 8 × 2 mm

 – Matching artwork from the Bestiary series

 – Double-sided wooden cabochon

• 15 skeins of embroidery floss by Chertog Tsveta (Gamma, China)

 – 8 distinct colors, including:

  • 4 skeins (10 m each): bold section-dyed colors with vivid contrasts

  • 1 color × 2 skeins (10 m): medium section-dyed, softer contrast

  • 3 colors × 3 skeins each (8 m): nearly black tones with subtle, shimmering reflections – like echoes of the brighter hues

Packaging:

The set is packed in a kraft envelope with a twine tie and tag. Includes a care card with tips for handling and storing your threads.
