Chenonceau Diane de Poitiers bedroom cushion by Sajou (France)
Museums and Heritage Collection
Counted cross-stitch kit
This project is derived from the large Museums and Heritage pattern chart dedicated to the Chenonceau Château. As with all inhabited homes, Chenonceau Château has a welcoming smell of wax, lovely vases of flowers and is filled with furniture. And of course, there is an exceptional collection of works of art. This is an interpretation of the fabric decorating the four-poster bed in Diane de Poitiers’ bedroom, where, as the King’s mistress, she often welcomed King Henri II.
