This design was inspired by a pillow I saw at a local furniture store. As soon as I saw it, I knew it would make an incredible cross stitch pattern. To achieve the look I wanted, a distressed look, I knew I had to use equally incredible threads, and I found them from Cottage Garden Threads. In this design, the focus is on using these gorgeous variegated threads so that the different colors shine.
Stitch Count: 253 x 239
Model floss: Cottage Garden Threads and DMC. Green and Blue versions are avaliable
Fabric: 40 ct Old Stationary by Seraphim Hand-dyed Fabrics.
