Created by Frederique Crestin-Billet, this chart representing tinctorial plants is the fourth in our Museums and Heritage Collection. As you probably already know, the object of this collection is to discover subjects linked to the history of French textile. And the link between flowers and textile? Well, flowers were used to dye them!
Size of motif: 345 x 345 points.
This pattern chart measures 68 x 80cm, making the motifs easy to follow. It is printed on matt paper, enabling you to mark any reference points you may need. Apart from botanical details about the plants, the back of this chart contains all the necessary explanations for the embroidery and ribbons.

some cuts of different colored ribbons.
